The logic is that if a straight line can be drawn from any point of one character to any point of another, then the first can attack/cast spells on the second (with a correction for range, but it is unknown to us).

P3 is dead. P1 can be affected, yes. P2, it seems, would have to approach the window for that to happen. So, no.
