In your opinion, which primary stat is the best?

Humans have attack or leadership skills, Necromancers have dark magic, Warlocks have chaos magic, Elves have luck or logistics, Wizards have spellcasting or education; I don't know about Dwarves, but it all depends on the situation (this applies to everyone).
