Should the training be made free? In my opinion, this will lead to everyone training using the most effective scheme: "Monk-Knight." Only in the early stages, when there is no dwelling or when the first few Monks or Knights are not yet available, will other schemes be used (most likely, at the beginning, Monks will be placed, and everyone will strive to obtain Monks from lower tiers to stockpile them before transforming them into Knights after building the Knights).
