I didn't break any rules, I won on skill (lucky little brat):
found a scroll of explosion at the respawn behind the pedestrians.
got DD on the first try in 5 GM.
found bracers at the respawn behind the dendroids.
with my final moves in the bracers, I took out the opponent's main hero, who kindly drove up to my tavern on the very next turn (perfect build with log/air/earth, DD and other goodies in the book).
then that same sell-out woman survived the pre-FB on a bird with a few HP.

Though, why be surprised, since the second game for the citadel was declared as "grey hippo week." When you're on a roll, you're on a roll all the way.
