I could have continued even without the eagle eye on Karasuchka if I had leveled up Tanta instead of Nimbus. Bonus at the beginning of the mission: animate dead, resurrection, or chain lightning. With Tanta, I would have retrained animate dead, taken resurrection as a bonus, and generated offensive magic through recharges in the only guild with available spells on the map. But now I have to play without resurrection. It's probably possible, but it's definitely not worth it.
