I played it, and it's surprisingly good (compared to the primitive vanilla single-player) - a beautiful map, new characters, and a focus on storytelling. There are 12 chapters, of which a couple or three are just plot without battles. The reward is only gold and cosmetics, without any crappy artifacts. [DATA REDACTED] is still a bigger jerk, and Arisa is still a cuter girl. There's a "funny" twist at the very end. If the developers put in the effort and write at least somewhat different stories for each champion, instead of iterations of the same story as in the vanilla version, then it could even be a relatively decent single-player experience within this kind of card game.
