"240H" – unlocking new heroes and improving existing ones.

When a hero levels up and during some other events on the global map, only the right ear is displayed on the miniature. More precisely, the upper-left area of their icon, with the corresponding part of the head. Is there a way to fix this? It's not a major issue, but it causes some visual discomfort.

Is it a small icon whose borders are stretched to fit the icon window? As I understand it, this is due to the size of the icon file. It can be fixed either by modifying the mod (I think you need to add a couple of folders with larger icons and specify the paths to them in other files), or by using a lower screen resolution.
