= Mods that replace individual factions =

I would like to suggest a couple of ideas for editing the Winterial faction – replacing the Stone Halls. Specifically, the hero models, the city's appearance, and replacing a couple of units.

P.S. Of course, I will pay for my ideas if they are implemented in any way.

In general, it's not that complicated. If you want to change the stats of creatures, it's a bit more difficult when it comes to animation (if you use the animation that already exists in the game, you just need to specify the paths to some files). I can't say anything about textures and scripts because I haven't worked with them yet.
