[/U]Why not organize similar tournaments with a small entry fee? 300-500 rubles, which would go towards rewarding the organizers and judges, and creating a prize pool. I think this would solve many problems: it would address the issue of organizers, and participants would be more responsible, and sponsors would be more interested.

Regarding the prize pool, everyone wants to play, but they understand that many people don't have a good chance of making it into the top three, and they probably wouldn't want to sponsor it. As for the entry fee for the host, that's a good idea, and I've been thinking about it for a while, but there's a problem there too: people often criticize and have complaints about the hosts anyway, and if they pay money, there will be even more complaints.
