If Scorpiona sees the tournament this way, then there is no need to overcomplicate things.

Those who want to improve things should organize and run their own tournament as they see fit.

In fact, BO-3 is a questionable event; unlike BO-1, it would require allocating a month and a half for each BO-3 round.
