The Tournament itself, the idea, the templates – they are all excellent.
I definitely didn't mean to offend the organizers; I respect and appreciate them for taking on such a difficult task.
I just wanted to suggest some improvements to certain aspects of the Tournaments, to make them as perfect as possible.

You mean to say that all players who sign up for a Tournament are capable of winning it! Many players, including myself, participate in Tournaments to have the opportunity to play against top players, which is not usually possible outside of Tournaments! On average, 1 person from the Discv group drops out, often due to problems or circumstances, which is not surprising, as Heroes 3 Tournaments break all records for duration.

Motivation is not only about wanting to win the Tournament. For some, as you rightly said, it's an opportunity to play against top players, for others, it's about getting out of the group, and for others, it's about winning at least one game.

But the problem is that some players, who were planning to compete for a place in the next round, lose their chances and simply give up and don't continue playing in the Tournament, even though their performance affects the ranking of other participants.
In the games of the final rounds, these players no longer need to play, and they focus on other Tournaments.
Players who have finished all their games faster than others sometimes find themselves in a situation where they are overtaken in points by others who have several technical wins over "unmotivated" players.
I think this is a bit unfair.
But it's not the fault of those who overtook them; it's just an imperfection of the group stage.

The advantage of the mini-double system is that there is not a single game that doesn't matter. Every game is important. It's interesting to watch each one.

Everything written here is not a criticism, but rather a suggestion.
If not for this Tournament, then for other Tournaments.
Every system has its pros and cons, and it all depends on the initial rules and conditions for a specific Tournament.
This is, of course, decided by the organizers.
Those who disagree can skip the Tournament.
