It would be interesting to hear the opinions of Rebel and Dirty themselves, as the host and judge – are they willing to consider any reasonable ideas regarding the Regulations?
There are basically two options. 1) There were no candidates to host the tournament, and Rebel volunteered to host it as is, following last year's rules, without thinking too much about it. The main thing is to hold it. Then, "we smile and wave," "thank you that (the tournament) is alive" (and sober FTS has already written everything :D). 2) There were candidates, and Rebel was chosen as the person who is willing to think more than the other candidates. There is hope for this because there are words like these.
Then, it even makes sense to come up with something now, before the registration ends.
Rebel is the person who carried the entire burden of organizing and scoring the tournament for two seasons. And if I miss a season of my tournament, I trust Rebelius specifically!!!!! I created the HL tournament the way I wanted to see and play it, and whether you participate in it or pass it by is your business! And criticizing people who run tournaments out of enthusiasm is not a plus for YOU.
