Skill wheel (common to all expansions).

Hello. I haven't quite figured out the questions about the game, so I'll ask them here. I'm playing through the campaigns (I've completed "Wrath of the Horde," and now I want to play "Hammers of Fate"), BUT: There's a wheel for version 3.1 and a wheel for version 2.1. Question: If I play through the "Hammers of Fate" expansion, how can I make the 3.1 wheel available? P.S. Why do I need this? I don't like the "wheels" in 2.1 for the heroes. I want the "wheels" like in 3.1 in all campaigns and all expansions. Is this possible?
