Problem with turn passing in multiplayer!

Hello everyone, I need your help with a problem, maybe someone has encountered it before. I've searched the entire forum, but haven't found an answer. Basically, the problem is this: We gathered with friends (four of us) to play, and after two days, this problem arose - we finish our turn, but it shows that someone else is still taking their turn, and at the same time, the same thing is displayed for everyone else (i.e., the progress bar of the player's turn doesn't change). As a result, we can't continue the game. We are playing through Hamachi. Please advise on how to solve this problem.
P.S. After a long investigation, we came to the conclusion that the problem lies only with one of us (and it doesn't matter if he is the host or not), without him, the turns are passed normally, and the game is played as it should, but we still don't understand what the problem is. He disabled the firewall.
P.P.S. No one has any mods or anything else; it's a completely standard game (version 3.1).
