An attempt to organize a team tournament between countries!

A couple of questions:
0) Are there still players from Lithuania and Estonia?
1) If the deadline is March 1st, we need to decide quickly about the remaining teams.
(I understand that Hungary, even with any roster, is at least a good thing.
I already wrote about the second team, that the ideal option, in my opinion, is two teams from Russia, Europe and Asia, with captains, Bishop and Surmey, respectively).

But even if common sense fails, and there will be a team of the rest of the world, hoping that I will be its captain, then it would be good to decide this today. So that I can at least ask the lonely Frenchman, Czech, and anyone else on your list. I can definitely play, or not play, but I think I can handle getting to know potential individual participants from different countries and encouraging them to participate in the tournament, explaining how to use OBS.
But this also takes time. 2 days is too short. And I think it will be just as difficult for Dima Surmey in 2 days.

1. There are definitely 2 players from Hungary who want to play. There are questions about the third. And we need to discuss the issue of broadcasts with them. This takes time.

2. Lithuania definitely has enough players. This team is not small. But Estonia, according to them, has 3 players. I don't know two of them well, but their captain plays at my level. This gives them rather doubtful chances for high competition))) But if there is a desire, it is possible to allow it...

3. The Czech Republic is from another portal and is not participating in the tournament. And from our portal, they are silent for now. Therefore, the option of their separate team is definitely out of the question. But the option of a team of the world is present. If we take a team of Asia, there is a player from Tatarstan and Uzbekistan. The rest are silent. There are some players from Europe, there is a player from Armenia, Croatia. Separately assembling a team of Europe and separately a team of Asia will weaken them and may create problems due to the small number and the inability to play some of them. But assembling a common team for them is quite possible.

4. Dima seems to want to involve players from Russia. Therefore, the option of "Russia - 2" is emerging. If we create a team of the USSR or the CIS, then at least, in some games, it is desirable to involve someone not from Russia.

That is, if Hungary can play on its own, then 1 place remains, and we can put a team of the world there. Either Dima or Alfein can lead it. I will provide a list of ready players from abroad. But if Hungary still cannot play, then we can create a team of the world with Alfein, and the second team with Dima. Regarding the limited time. We are deliberately extending the first round due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Regarding the lists of teams. They indicate those who wished to register for the tournament. The teams are unlimited, and there are no restrictions in some lists, and there is no need to register dozens of players who will not even play. It all depends on the captains.

The Hungarian team has been confirmed. There is 1 place left. This will either be a team of the world, where the level of players may be mixed. The advantages: expanding knowledge about players from other countries, expanding the number of countries involved. But the disadvantages: a possible decrease in the quality of the game. If we declare a second team of Russia, then the quality of the game will definitely be high, but the number of countries involved will be less... It is also possible to mix players from all over the world in the team of the world (including Russia, Ukraine, etc., who will definitely not play for their teams). But with the mandatory invitation of foreign players to some games, and not playing with only domestic players.
