An attempt to organize a team tournament between countries!

This statement was made based on the fact that most of the players either don't plan to participate in the tournament at all or don't want to play specifically for the eastern faction. I'm judging solely based on the correspondence. But if everyone gathers, or at least a third, then it will already be a top-tier team. And the question of how to fit everything into the regulations is what we are currently resolving.
