I would add that, since Oxi and Bastinda and I visited the location together for inspections and negotiations, this option is currently the best of everything we've seen so far. The only relative drawback is the not-so-large area. On the other hand, this is offset, firstly, by the efficient use of space (every square meter of the area is, in essence, developed and filled with content), and secondly, by the easy access to the beach. I would also add that there won't be any clueless receptionists here, from whom you can't get anything or get an answer in the style of "you didn't ask about tablecloths in advance": the owner has made and continues to make everything with great care, as if it were for himself.
