An attempt to organize a team tournament between countries!

I suggest dividing Russia into two teams: one for Europe and one for Asia.
As I understand it, this division is both stylish and accurate – in case of any border issues, Google and Wikipedia can help us resolve them.

It's more interesting than vague divisions like "West," "East," "Siberia," "not Siberia," and so on.

Allowing multiple teams from each country might even exceed the existing team limit and prolong the tournament. We can create around 5-7 teams from Russia in a short time. But if we limit it to a maximum of 2 teams per country, that would be more reasonable. Moreover, it's unlikely that any other country will have such divisions. However, the idea of having equally matched teams without restrictions can still be considered.

Currently, we have 2 free slots in the list. But even though the Hungarian team withdrew from the tournament, some of its members are still considering playing without their leader. It's possible that this team will take one of the slots. Also, there is 1 player from Uzbekistan and 1 from France who are interested in playing. And there are several foreign players who haven't responded yet (there's a chance we can assemble a Czech team from this portal). Therefore, the option of a "World Team" is not completely off the table. There are currently 2 potential captains for new teams: DimaSurmay and AlFeyn. But it all depends on which teams will be accepted and whether they will be related to them in order to be included.

There were also suggestions to create an Asian team from the eastern part of Russia (which includes several republics) and Asian players from other countries. To create a CIS team, which would greatly expand the selection of players for this team, and a European team from free players (especially solo players). To assemble a USSR team from those who were born in that country. The country itself no longer exists, but this option can also be considered.
