RTF is a global modification that replaces all towns in the game.

Initially, the plan was to create knights on dragons, and you missed the fact that some skeletons should be mages. I'm for lich-faeries, as there are already raiders in the Fearsome faction.

I didn't miss the mage skeletons; I ignored them:D. The old lists were based on NCF creatures, and such skeletons were there, but IMO, a skeleton can't be a mage; otherwise, what distinguishes it from a lich?
A knight on a dragon is bad because you can't add anything to it, so a teleporting knight is better.
