Dear participants! YaR has expressed a desire to provide coverage of the final stage of the Factions Battle, and to create two-way streams with commentary. Therefore, we ask participants who plan to play and would like to stream their games, to contact him via ICQ or in this thread. This is not mandatory, but I think many would be interested in watching such games. We will definitely stream the final.

This is not entirely correct; such things can only be done in two cases: if the person gives their consent (each time, for each specific game), or if these are the decisive games of the final. Otherwise, wanting to re-stream someone else's stream and taking away part of their audience, while the person may be trying to expand it... so, no matter how well-intentioned the impulse, it is necessary to ask each person individually; otherwise, this can be seen as a blatant lack of manners... be more considerate of other people's work.
