TBM - Tournaments balance mod

I read through all the changes. I agree with some, and disagree with others. But there are 2 things I just don't understand. Ilfina starts with the Regeneration spell. That's just ridiculously overpowered. And even with a Scholar, it's an overpowered ability, not just for Elves. And with her light horns, it's even more powerful. And secondly, Jalib. The Mirror in his hands has a 100% chance of reflecting the spell back onto the enemy. Isn't that a bit too strong?
