Which units would you replace in the Dark Elf faction?

In my opinion, Minotaurs shouldn't be removed, even though they annoy me a lot. They just need to be buffed (although someone else will have to be nerfed, and I don't see any good candidates). Otherwise, having level 3 out of 7 is too low – even in Heroes 4, they weren't treated so badly. I would adjust their stats and swap Hydras and Witches, or even replace the multi-headed ones with something else, but we need to consider the balance. Witches are too weak for level 6; in my opinion, they would be better at level 5. Spider Riders are cool. If not as a Castle unit, then as a neutral creature. It's a good idea. Octopuses are definitely missing in Heroes..
