An attempt to organize a team tournament between countries!

Currently, the tournament lacks a single, official online resource accessible to all participants. There's some thread on a Russian forum, but almost everything is in Russian, making it difficult to understand. However, we could provide each captain of a foreign team with two links: 1) to the registration page – yes, it's in Russian, but it's something they can endure once. 2) to a thread where everything is in English – this is the official tournament thread – and tell them to post their questions there; they'll find everything they need there. And also, mention that the "Reply" button is in the lower-left corner. "Edit" and "Quote" will also be useful – they are on the right. Go ahead.
