In fact, this is one of the main problems of the tournament. If representatives of Ukraine or Russia are playing, they can still somehow come to an agreement. But what to do with a hypothetical Korean who, on Jebus Cross, will fly into the center without breaking the ГО? Or how to prove to him that one road in ГО is a technical restart? Doesn't anyone know the ХВ rules?

Overall, I agree with the position:

one should not confuse a national team with a rabble, a national team implies the best representatives of the country (at least among those who were gathered).

Therefore, if it's positioned as a national team, then only the strongest should be there, and no noobs under the pretext of "let me at least play" should be allowed in. Even if the top players ignore the tournament (which is not surprising), you need to choose the strongest from among those who signed up.
