An attempt to organize a team tournament between countries!

The core rules have already been established. If there are any further changes, they will likely be minor adjustments. Perhaps we'll add some templates, but given the small size of the hosting team, the probability of this is not very high (but it exists). The tournament will start either on February 26th (with the standard Monday schedule) or on March 1st (with a shifted Monday schedule, with the weekend in the middle of the round). I have added an amendment regarding the possibility of playing more familiar templates (requires the opponent's consent and the presence of a streamer who is willing to stream from both sides according to the established requirements).
