And Hell is absolutely right about the player selection. I probably wouldn't want to play such templates myself (and I'd have to coordinate with someone about the restrictions), but let's say I could apply as a captain. And having active champions from the CIS region in the player pool, I wouldn't send a newbie to play; I wouldn't even play myself.
