No captain will send a newbie to play in his right mind, you're such a dreamer, I don't understand how, with such a volume of work and communication with people, you don't see the picture of what you're doing... so unlimited teams and "register everyone, guys, you'll all play" is just a myth, and dividing the winnings in case of victory among a crowd of players is ridiculous.

No one will force them to divide the prize money among the entire roster, and even less so equally. Everything is up to the captain, and participation in the games as well. IMHO. And besides, the more players on the bench, the more choices there are. Only positives. And it's even easier to agree on how to divide the spoils of an undefeated Nedved or Grizz before the games start. ))

And the team should choose the captain, and not the other way around (unlike the All for 1 tournament, where this is quite justified), and therefore, trust in his decisions should be unlimited.
