An attempt to organize a team tournament between countries!

I'm a little confused. Arcomage, do you want to register everyone who wants to participate in one big team? Or does each captain recruit their own separate team? In the first case, I can't even imagine how people would decide on organizational issues... There's very little information in the first post about the tournament organization, just a bunch of disjointed thoughts. The templates are just awful.
