The Dark faction can unexpectedly attack only due to the complete secrecy of the army's transition – everyone believes that the main enemy is in the west, and all forces are concentrated there, but treachery is brewing in the east: the Duchy of the Wolf has lost a lot twenty years ago (Arantir destroyed the sacred city of Holyflame and wiped out the entire army around the city) – because of this, the population lost heart, and the Duke is no longer an authority, and now mercenaries from the Black Guard will be able to lure him to their side, and it will be elementary to lead an army through the traitor's lands into the capital.

Orcs. There is a huge, cohesive orc army under the command of Gotai, but as far as I know, this will be about other orcs from the Archipelago.

It's even cooler – the orcs will be like the Black Skull clan (chaos orcs) – purple with horns and sometimes with additional limbs and heads; this will be the result of Sareth's super magic (he can't yet summon a large army from Shio).
