TBM - Tournaments balance mod

Hello, SRD. The goal of this mod is not to create yet another supposedly original balance mod (like a remix or something similar), but to hold a Heroes 5 tournament. If nothing is changed in the original ToE 3.1, it results in many overpowered units and an imbalance in favor of certain factions, so we decided to fix this. The mod is necessary to install it and practice before the tournament.
