The program has several systems for calculating strength, each written by titans of modding – I am confident that they can be relied upon, especially since they created a relatively adequate system that removes creatures like the leprechaun to the third level or reduces their growth.

Personally, I think it's better to level up creatures than to deprive them of abilities.
