[ТУРНИР-HotA] Diamond: Survival

Bug fix for the road network in the Diamond map (the blue player often generates only 1 road). Installation instructions: In the HotA_RMGTemplates folder, create a folder named "Diamond (roads)" and copy the attached file into it. Don't delete the regular Diamond map yet, in case you need it later.
