P.S. I've seen this happen more than once, with some overly sensitive guys in the discussions. They remind me of colleagues from my previous job, IT guys. We had the same kind of drama in our chats. Senior developers and solid mid-level developers would always find a reason to argue, write complicated messages, and so on. It was quite amusing:
