Even if it goes against the forum rules in some way, I suggest we consider whether it would be better to create an official exception topic with a more lenient attitude towards different forms of flaming?

There was a conversation with the Creator about creating a section for "heroes.by," where the restrictions wouldn't apply. His attitude towards this was strongly negative. Therefore, creating a topic or section where people can insult and swear at each other is out of the question!

There was another case when a topic about politics was moved to the "Flood Section," but due to some people's inability to communicate properly, it was closed down.

The conclusion is clear. People don't know how to communicate normally about sensitive topics, so there's no point!
