As for the regulations, I don't quite understand why you're asking the players. It's better to ask experienced organizers for advice and then do what you think is best. Give the "daddies" some freedom – they'll play BO99 6LM10A, otherwise they'll think the champion is chosen randomly. :D

I can also help with restreaming (although it's better to persuade more popular streamers to be commentators, for example, if Amiluya and Tvaryna commentated the games, the tournament would already be top-notch, even if it was played by random players from my neighborhood).
