NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Based on the voting results at https://vk.com/wall-151247596_205, Dyrman loses to Railag. Could it be that his 15% initiative debuff against the opponent is too small? It seems that 20% might already be excessive. What do you think?

-15% initiative is a very powerful debuff. It's practically a second "Staff of the Underworld," which is the strongest artifact in the game.

Railag with a -20% initiative special ability is already too much, in my opinion. I wouldn't want to face a Railag who also has the "Staff." :smile16:
Even Rakshasas would be forced to stand aside under the pressure of a -40% initiative debuff, not to mention those who already have low initiative. Neutrals would be wiped out in one or two turns.
