Blind Faith

After reading the debate, I decided to try it out and played as the hero. It wasn't easy, but I managed to complete it in 52 days (and got the Thunderlord as a reward). Undoubtedly, Necromancers are strong, and I spent the first 3-4 weeks running away from them and gathering strength. The situation was also complicated by the lack of wood and ore (I couldn't build a castle, so I focused on preparation). But gradually, things started to improve, and I defeated the enemies. Yes, I should mention that I didn't play with the suggested weak heroes, but chose Vitia, the machine gunner. I developed his machines, defense up to Battle Defense Points (BDP), luck, and logistics. After that, it was just a matter of technique.
