An attempt to organize a team tournament between countries!

Basically, as Anton says, we need to decide on the geography, figure out who wants to/can play, and organize a regional qualifier (with teams from Russia). We need to agree that 3 or 4 teams will advance to the final event. I don't know how it works with teams from other countries; if they want, they can hold their own qualifiers internally. For example, teams from St. Petersburg, Siberia, Moscow, the Black Earth region, and southern Russia could gather and compete for 3 spots. The strongest teams will likely qualify anyway, unless something extraordinary happens, and the rest will participate.
