Hello, yesterday evening my friend and I wanted to play some ranked matches in the online lobby. However, he couldn't join the lobby because he hadn't installed the latest update. When he tried to update through the launcher, there was no connection to the server. Then, I tried to check for updates myself, and there was no response either. It just said: "You have the latest version." There was simply no response. We tried for an hour and a half to get the update, but we couldn't. What could be the problem?!
