15000 rubles a day for the conference hall (and as I understand it, that's not even the full cost?)
I understand why outsiders didn't write anything about these fucking prices, but Merlin, where are you looking? Open your eyes and calculate the event's yield... with food prices and the conference hall bringing the total to 20+k a day.

In Volgograd, the cost of a conference hall with Wi-Fi was 17500 per day.
It's clear that the final price might end up higher, but the difference isn't that great.
And sleeping arrangements are cheaper in Kaliningrad again; 1250 rubles for luxurious rooms is ultimately about 300 rubles cheaper than in Volgograd. But I'm not an expert in these kinds of breakdowns and might have missed or misunderstood something. Still, it seems the prices aren't that scary
