You can allow a replay if the opponent accidentally broke the rules and confessed. But when they were caught... it's different.

I'll ask that the word "caught" not be used in relation to my case. "Caught" implies secretly doing something and being caught red-handed. I took those two chests, which don't play any role, automatically, without intending to break the rules, and immediately attacked the guard, which didn't pose any danger to me even without the chests.

Correction - I said that, in spirit, I would allow a replay or just ignore it, and I think 99% of other Heroes players would do the same, but according to the rules, it's a technical loss, and the opponent has the right not to continue and file a report. The thing is, who needs such victories, but that's another matter...
P.S. - Most people in the AK said it was a technical issue.
