In principle, I also believe that a misclick is not a reason to ask for an auto-win; it's a game error, just like destroying your main hero with Shackles. If it's critical, then surrender. You can inform your opponent, and if they happen to offer an auto-win, you can agree; this is common in ranked matches, but it's up to them. However, I don't think it's worth putting your opponent in an awkward position with such requests, as it can be just as unpleasant to refuse as it is to be refused.
As for accidentally passing your turn, that's entirely up to the opponent. If they offer an auto-win, that's respectful; if they don't, there should be no hard feelings.
Also, I wanted to mention something else. Once, when I asked a player not to bother me with silly comments and pressure during my turn, they said that it was their tactic. I believe that this is not a tactic at all, but rather bad manners and a lack of respect for the opponent!
