Do we get the source files?

I think I already tried this before (at Ubisoft), and the response from their side was very simple. Nevertheless, it's worth trying again, as a lot of time has passed. There's no point in contacting Nival, as they unfortunately don't have the source code. Ubisoft owns the rights.

I think it's worth revisiting this issue. There are some promising ideas. We need to test them, and there's a high probability that they will work. This time, the letter won't include a request to provide the source code – that's pointless, as it's obvious that no one will simply provide it out of the goodness of their heart. However, a polite request to release the 8th installment, backed by reasonable arguments for Ubisoft's financial department, might work, and who knows, maybe we'll soon see a continuation of the Heroes series. And if the idea doesn't work, it means that Ubisoft has definitively and irrevocably buried the Heroes theme in the archives of its gaming industry. But let's hope for the best!
