We, Russians, are too tough to use emojis like the rest of the world.

I've been trying to refrain for a long time, and when I realized a couple of years ago that this is how people only write in Russia (CIS), my contempt for parentheses grew even stronger. But it's also very amusing to detect those who pretend to be Anglo-Saxons until the very end, but are betrayed by their use of parentheses).
