Technical issues with Heroes III.

Hey guys, can you help me out? I've already downloaded Heroes Complete and Heroes 3 TV, and someone from the forum gave me a link to download it as well. The problem is: when I connect to someone in Hamachi, or even without it, in the game, by clicking on TCP/IP in multiplayer, the game crashes without any information windows popping up, and this is accompanied by a system sound. I tried pressing all possible buttons in multiplayer, and everywhere I get the same reaction. Windows 10.

UPDATE: I solved the problem in the Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> there, find legacy components and check the box for Direct Play.
