Where was it written that the nomination for best player is specifically for HeroesWorld? I merely shared my preferences, without any claim to seriousness in nominating him.

There has always been a requirement in this nomination for nominees: to be a HeroesWorld player. This requirement is so obvious that I didn't even bother to specify it this time.
