You have VERY many errors in that table you presented for general review; for example, the attack of ifrits — it is indeed 16.
In the speed column, you listed additional speed in parentheses for two characters; as I understand it, this is the speed of the upgraded creature. If so, champions have a speed of 9.
Also, besides all this, you should add something about the psychos — they shouldn't be forgotten ;), which means recalculating and rewriting everything from scratch :)

I didn't quite understand one point:
In table №2 (duels)
In battles between a cyclops and an ifrit ... when the cyclops attacks first — the ifrit wins
...but when the ifrit attacks first — the cyclops wins....

P.S. could it be that (in the second case) the ifrit flies in first and stays within direct shot range of the cyclops — and this becomes the deciding action?

Yes, only in such a scenario does the cyclops have a chance to win. But then how did wyverns beat them?
And it's unclear about the nagas and cavalrymen; are you trying to say that when black knights attack first, the nagas win, but when cavalrymen attack, it's the opposite? — I disagree!
