Yes, it seems that GS was not mirrored in HW_Rulez from the very beginning. The mirroring of GS and the separation of neutral creatures will be added in the next version of HotA.

Could GS be removed altogether? As I understand it, the value of guard units is calculated without GS, and if GS appears, the number of units does not decrease. A recent example: I played a game where 38 giants were on the Castle, GS was generated, and they formed 5 stacks, resulting in 8 titans + 30 giants, which is clearly more than 45k value.
