Contest organization.

No moderator privileges are required for this.

If moderator privileges are not needed, that's good, but to hold a contest, even before organizing it, it is necessary to contact the administration, i.e., the creator of the portal, and obtain permission to hold it.
I wrote, but so far no one has answered me, so I'm currently in a waiting mode.
If they allow me to run a contest, I will gladly do so.
